vegas climate

It's astonishing to think that a breeze could make it even hotter, especially when it's already 40 degrees. it's probably the most oppressive climate i've ever experienced, the waves of heat make it feel exactly like standing in front of an open oven. Cool desert nights my ass, the temperature seems to peak at 4pm and you're lucky if it drops 5 degrees by nightfall. On a side note : our arrival marked the 184th day without rain.
